Happy Spring, Everyone!

Our wedding anniversary is the first day of Spring, so that makes this time of year extra, extra special for us!!

Easter is this weekend, and I can’t wait to see our little one see the Easter basket, and hunt for eggs after church! So excited!

Swing Pintuck Dress

You can’t go wrong with an easy, breezy dress like this for Spring. I just added this to my closet, and I can’t wait to wear it on warmer, sunny days.

Sleeveless Flounce Top

Polka dots are one of my favorite prints, so this one was definitely added to my closet. This is perfect worn with a blazer or alone. It’s on major sale right now, too!

English Factory Dress

This dress is even more gorgeous in person! It’s so soft, and the fit is true to size. I think I’m going to have this one on repeat this Spring/Summer!

Loft Off the shoulder blouse

This is so so cute. It think it would be a great date night top. Right now, it’s 30% off. Better order it fast!

Diamond Lace Swing Top

This top is even more beautiful in person. I actually wore it on our 6 year anniversary date night last weekend. I styled it with my navy skinny dress pants from jcrew and nude suede pumps (kicking myself for not taking a photo of us for instagram!) I might have to get it in white as well. It’s that good!

St. Anne Spring Monogram Tote

I’m so in love with the new St. Anne Tote Spring styles from Barrington Gifts. I love the baby bag I’ve had for a few years now, but this is the design (above) I’m leaning towards now! So many fun color options to choose from. I’m pretty sure I’ll be redesigning it again and again, but I’m definitely making it my new Spring bag!

Pillow Flamingo Sheet Set

These are A.D.O.R.A.B.L.E!!! I would put them in our guest room where we have 2 twin beds. Such a happy print. Don’t you think?

Blue and White

I’ve also had a lot of luck lately in finding more blue and white for our house at HomeGoods! I stocked up this past weekend for our dining room sideboard (found 4 ginger jars/vases in various sizes, all under $30!). I have them in our kitchen, den, dining room & master bedroom. To say I’m obsessed is a bit of an understatement!

Fall Workout Gear

Happy First day of Fall! That is music to my ears…literally!

I try to take a walk with my little one daily, so stocking up on Fall workout gear is essential for me. Plus, let’s face it, some days, all I wear is workout gear (even if I don’t get a workout in that day) to run errands in, go to library story time or just wear around the house while cleaning. It’s just easier. And, I know I’m not the only Mom that does this either. Who’s with me? Workout gear is so comfortable, and now there are a lot of cute options to choose from, so you don’t look frumpy.

Half-Zip Pullover

I bought this the other day, and it is so comfortable. I love the bright flamingo pink color too! You can’t beat Old Navy’s prices either. They’re always several dollars cheaper than Target sometimes.

Go-Dry Compression Leggings

I have always worn the Target leggings, and love them. I might have to try this pair next.

Go-Dry Compression Crops

This length looks perfect for the cooler temps. They come in some fun prints/colors. And, the price is right.

Elastic Strap Burnout Tanks

I love wearing tank tops under my pullovers. This tank would be a good option for laying under your pullover this Fall.

Zella “Neo” Wraparound Cardigan

This would be so chic with leggings for running errands/weekends. I think it’s too way too cute to sweat in…don’t you?

This fleece looks perfect for those chilly mornings! I love this yellow color.

Old Navy – Top Picks

In my opinion, Old Navy is still going strong when it comes to some of their styles these days, and their prices (especially if something is on sale!) are just too hard to ignore. I wanted to share with you a few things that I’ve been eyeing lately. These pieces will be welcomed in my closet for days at the park, play dates, running errands, etc.

Women’s Stripe Tunics

Tunic tops are quite possibly one of my favorite tops to wear. I love them paired with skinny jeans/pants. This tunic comes in 3 colors. It would look great alone now, and with a puffer vest this Fall.

Women’s Swing Dresses

These swing dresses seem to be a hit with everyone. I may have to try the long sleeve version. I really like the Fall hues they come in…

Reversible Faux Leather Tote

This tote is just like the one that Target carried for awhile. I like the saddle tan color for Fall. It looks like it will hold everything my toddler and I need.

The Floppy Hat

I rarely wear hats, but the floppy hat is making me rethink things. If I do wear a hat, it’s a baseball hat, and it’s to hide the fact that I haven’t had time to do my hair. Sorry, but that’s the plain and simple truth. However, Old Navy has come out with a floppy hat that is more chic than a baseball hat, and I really love the price, too. It can either hide your bad hair day, or accessorize a good one! What do you think about the floppy hat style?

Old Navy – Favorites Lately

Old Navy has really outdone themselves this season. Lately, I have been shopping there for my entire family. If you sign up to receive their emails, you save an additional 20% off your first purchase, too.

On a side note: In the Wall Street Journal yesterday they were talking about how J.Crew has really started losing their loyal customer base. I will have to say I am one of them. I love J.Crew (especially the Tall pants and their coats), but I am loving J.Crew Factory more and more lately. J.Crew Factory and Old Navy are my two “go-to” stores now. Old Navy has really taken a turn towards the preppy styles, and that makes me one, happy girl. Plus, you cannot beat their prices when they’re having these great sales!

Below are my favorites from Old Navy right now.

Boxy Scalloped Edge Top

This top is adorable. Combining a scalloped edge and eyelet is perfection in my book. You can wear this with shorts and jeans! It’s a really pretty top. I love the length on the sleeves, too. It also comes in white.

Embroidered Gauze Camis

I wear camis all of the time in the Summer. Throw on a cardigan or wear alone. I love the embroidery detail. The cobalt blue is gorgeous.

Striped Boatneck Tops

This top is an everyday staple. Perfect with a pair of solid or patterned shorts or white jeans. It comes in some really great colors, too. A great shirt for Moms, yet still stylish!

Scalloped Edge Sleeveless Top

LOVE this top. Again, the scalloped edge and eyelet. It was love at first sight. It also comes in several colors. Wear it with shorts, jeans or a great pair of skinny pants.

Printed Pixie Chino Shorts

Stripes. You can never have too many. Perfect everyday shorts for the Summer. Pair them with a classic button up or a causal tee and sandals and you’re set.

Jersey Tank Maxi Dress

If you want to be comfortable, but still in style a maxi dress is the way to go. The neckline is different, and this dress comes in tall!

Pleated Crepe Skirt

This skirt is cute. I love the simple stripes at the bottom. A very nautical color combination.

Suede Wedge Sandals

Pink wedges! I am in love. You can wear these pretty shoes with anything this Summer. Pair these with shorts, pants, skirts…whatever your heart desires!
