Happy New Year! I hope that you all had a wonderful holiday season!
We’ve had some pretty cold temperatures here lately, so wearing a dress or even a cute winter skirt isn’t really an option right now (or at least not a warm one!). So, I found these wide leg, wool pants as an alternative in the back of my closet. And, I quickly remembered how much I loved them again for several reasons. Besides keeping my legs warm on a very cold evening out. They’re pink, and there’s nothing I love more than wearing pink & red together. How about you? It’s so fun & chic at the same time. Now, even though I bought these pants awhile ago at United Colors of Benetton, there are still so many great options like these, these and this pair is a steal. Now, I know that the wider leg is a little bit more dramatic; however, it’s also very flattering when worn with heels, and is another classic alternative to the heavily worn skinny pants we always tend to “go-to” when pinched for time. It’s good to switch things up a bit, don’t you think? I do.
Side note: I have to ask you, since it’s a new year, are you big on making new year’s resolutions? I recently came across this old article, and I think it’s a much better option. I always have high goals set for myself, and of course there’s always a long list of all of the things I want to accomplish, things to do better, etc., but this article talks about a different way to look at resolutions, and I’m on board. How about you?
